Method
- Clean chicken and marinate in ginger garlic paste for about 2 hours.
- Grind together onion, green chillies, garlic flakes, coriander leaves, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, cumin, pepper corns and poppy seeds to make a fine paste.
- Marinate chicken in this masala for about 5 hours or overnight.
- Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken and salt and cook on slow fire till done.
