Pepper Chicken

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a pan.
  2. Saute the onions, chopped ginger and garlic.
  3. Once the onions get a glassy appearance, add the pepper and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken pieces and stir.
  5. Add salt to taste and cover the vessel. Cook for 10 minutes until chicken is tender.
  6. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
chicken - 1 kg
onions(big) - 2 nos
garlic pods - 5 to 6 nos
ginger - 1/2" piece
powdered pepper - 5 tsp or more depending on how spicy you want it to be.
salt - as reqd
oil - 4 tbsp
