Method
- Melt butter and chocolate
- Add egg ,egg yolk, sugar, refined flour and vanilla essence
- Grease & dust mould.
- Pour pudding mix till 1/3
- Keep in walk in
- Bake on 240 degree Celsius for 8-10 minute
- Serve as shown garnished with berry compote and mint.
