Method
Mix almond powder, rice powder and sugar.
Put in essence.
Gently mix egg whites and make a thick batter.
Line a large baking tray with a greased greaseproof paper.
Put small blobs of mixture on it and bake in a pre-heated hot oven for 15 to 20 mins. Remove.
Cool and serve with whipped cream.
