Method
  1. Heat oil in a kadai; fry onion till light brown.
  2. Stir in the ground masala and fry till the oil leaves the sides.
  3. Add salt and mix well.
  4. Add eggs slowly, stir gently.
  5. Add 1/2 cup water to get gravy consistency.
  6. Serve hot with rice or roti.
Ingredients:
2 eggs, hard-boiled chopped in four
1 onion, sliced
1 tbsp oil or butter
Salt to taste

Grind to a paste:
3 green chillies
1/2 cup fresh, grated coconut
3 cloves
1/2 tsp poppy seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 stick cinnamon
1/4 cup coriander leaves
4 pods garlic
