Method
- Hard boil eggs and cool.
- Shell and cut lengthwise into halves.
- Scoop out the yolk.
- Mix together the yolk, mayonnaise, butter, mustard and salt.
- Put into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
- Pipe into rosseettes to fill the shell.
- Garnish with chilli powder.

15 g - butter
1 tsp - mustard
150 ml - mayonnaise sauce
