Method
- Mix & mash the above ingredients together (other than the oil) and shape into neat balls rolling them in your palms.
- Coat them evenly with beaten egg, followed by bread crumbs.
- Deep-fry them in heated oil & allow to drain on paper towels before serving with ketchup.
Tip: Instead of deep frying, you can shallow fry them but in this case, shape them into flat cutlets, not globular ones.
