Liver Kababs

Method
  1. Cut liver into pieces.
  2. Wash & drain.
  3. Grind to a fine paste dhania, cinnamon, cloves, garlic, ginger.
  4. Mix together curd, pepper & ground spices.
  5. Marinate liver into the mixture.
  6. Put liver on skewer and stand for 10 mts.
  7. Melt a little butter.
  8. Pour over liver & hold skewers over fire for 10 mts turning them occasionally.

500 g - liver
1 tsp - dhania seeds
2 inch piece - cinnamon
6 - cloves
1/2 pod - garlic
1/2 inch - ginger
1 tsp - pepper powder
1/2 cup - curds
