Method
- Heat the oil, fry onion and ginger till fragrant.
- Add green chillies and all the powders.
- Fry for few seconds. Add the meat and salt.
- Cook stirring for 1 minute and remove from fire.
- Beat the eggs lightly and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat abig, thick based omelette pan and pour the eggs.
- When they begin to set, place the meat mixture on one � of the omelette.
- Gently fold over the other half to cover the filling.
- Carefully turn over and cook the other side for 2 minutes. Serve hot with toast.
Note:
If the pan is not big enough, make two omelettes with � the filling for each.
