Method
  • Heat ghee, fry onions till golden brown.
  • Fry the ground masala well.
  • Add the chops fry for 5 mins then add 1 cup hot water and simmer till chops are cooked.
  • Add salt, tomatoes & garam masala.
  • Simmer for 10 mins.
  • Mix the peeled, sliced & fried potatoes.
  • Serve with sliced eggs on top & sprinkle with dhania leaves.
  • Ingredients:
    1/2 kg mutton chops
    1 cup ground tomatoes, skin removed
    3 grated onions
    3 tbsp ghee
    2 potatoes
    1 tsp garam masala powder
    2 hard boiled eggs
    2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

    To grind
    6 red chillies
    8 flakes garlic
    1/2 inch piece ginger
    1/4 tsp haldi powder
    1 tsp poppy seeds
