Method
Heat ghee, fry onions till golden brown.
Fry the ground masala well.
Add the chops fry for 5 mins then add 1 cup hot water and simmer till chops are cooked.
Add salt, tomatoes & garam masala.
Simmer for 10 mins.
Mix the peeled, sliced & fried potatoes.
Serve with sliced eggs on top & sprinkle with dhania leaves.
