Method
- Marinate chicken with eggs, garlic-ginger paste, corn flour, soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, red colour and salt for almost 2 hours.
- Deep fry it in oil and at last sprinkle chinese salt and black pepper.
- Serve hot with spring onions and tomato and chilli sauce.
