Method
- Cut chicken to small pieces and wash well.
- Marinate chicken in cream and ginger ,garlic paste for 1/2 hour.
- In a pan add oil,to it add the marinated chicken add salt and chilli powder and cover it and let cook till chicken is cooked.
- Increase the flame and add garam masala powder and fry on high flame till the cream reduces to thick consistency.
- Serve hot with parathas.

1/2 oz - cream
ginger,garlic
red chilli powder
1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
1/2 tsp - oil
