Method
  1. Boil potatoes, peel and cut each into 2 pieces.
  2. Boil eggs, remove skins and slice into two halves.
  3. Heat oil, grind green chillies, bengal gram and fried coriander seeds and fry. Add egg pieces and fry for 3 mins.
  4. Add potatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, soya sauce, salt and curry leaves.
  5. Pour cream on top and serve hot.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 kg potatoes
4 green chillies
1/2 tsp Bengal gram dal
1/2 tsp fried coriander seeds
2 sprigs curry leaves
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
Oil for frying
1/4 cup cream
Salt to taste
