Method
  1. Boil potatoes in the cooker, cool and then mash.
  2. Drain the water from the tuna can and then add tuna to the mashed potatoes.
  3. Then slightly fy the onions, ginger, garlic.
  4. Add to the mashed potatoes and tuna.
  5. Add the coriander leaves, pepper and salt to taste.
  6. Make them into small balls and then flatten them.
  7. Beat eggs.
  8. Place each tuna ball into the plain flour, then egg batter and the breadcrumbs.
  9. Shallow fry them.
  10. Serve hot with sauce.
Ingredients:
1 can - tuna fish
4 - large potatoes
1 - large onion
3 - green chillies
3 pod - garlic
1/2 inch - ginger
coriander leaves
2 - eggs
1 tsp - pepper
1/2 tsp - kashmiri chillie powder
vegetable oil for frying
bread crumbs
salt to taste
plain flour
