Fish Masala

Method
  1. Wash fish very well, and marinate with lemon juice
  2. Heat oil in a pan add onions fry them till soft then add ground masala, chilli powder, salt, turmeric. Mix well.
  3. After this don�t mix the curry with spoon, if you want you can move the pan.
  4. Add very little water let it cook for few mins then add chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Serve hot with rice.

Note:
You can use any river fish for this curry.

Ingredients:
1 kg - rahu fish pieces
2 - onions, chopped
4 - green chilies, sliced

For Paste:
2 tbsp - grated coconut
2 tsp - khus khus
8 - garlic
10 - cashew
grind all the above ingredients with a little water
a pinch - turmeric
1 tsp - chilli powder
1 - lemon
1/2cup - coriander leaves, chopped
2 tbsp - oil
salt to taste
