Method
Mix 1 tbsp. flour, salt and pepper to a paste.
Apply this to the mutton pieces and cook in hot oil. Remove from oil.
Boil the tomatoes, remove the skin and mash them well.
Heat the butter, add the flour, stir, then add the ground masalas.
Cook for a few minutes and add the mashed tomatoes.
Add the sugar and salt and cook till sauce is thick and creamy.
Add the meat pieces and simmer. Serve hot.

Ingredients:
½ kg. mutton, cut into pieces
½ kg. red tomatoes
1 ½ tbsp. butter
1 ½ tsp. sugar

2 medium onions
4 green chillies
2.5 cm ginger
2 cloves garlic
