Corn and Seafood Chowder

Method
  1. Melt the butter in skillet.
  2. Add onion and celery and cook till they are softened.
  3. Add parsley, mixed herbs, fish and prawns.
  4. Add water, salt and pepper.simmer till the fish and prawns are cooked
  5. Lift the fish with a slotted sppon and transfer to a plate. Cool slightly and flake the fillets.
  6. Add the flaked fish back to the skillet.
  7. Add sweet corn and milk.
  8. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  9. Taste and correct the seasoning and serve hot.

250 g - white fish fillets
250 g - shelled prawns
2 cup - milk
2 cup - water
1 cup - sweet corn, cream style
1 cup - onion, finely chopped
� cup - parsley, chopped
� cup - celery stalk, chopped
2 tbsp - butter
� tsp - mixed dried herbs
salt and pepper
