Chikoo Melon Yogurt Shake

Ingredients:

1 cup - peeled and chopped chikoo

1 cup - honey dew melon pieces

2 cup - yogurt, chilled

2 cup - milk, chilled

2 tbsp - sugar

2 tbsp - honey

Method


  1. Place the fruit pieces in freezer till they become partly frozen.
  2. Blend the fruits with some of the yogurt till smooth.
  3. Add the remaining yogurt, sugar, honey and milk. Blend well and serve.

Note: A combination of protein, vitamins and minerals for an enriching breakfast
