Ingredients:
1 - chicken, skinned and cut into medium pieces
1.5 cup - onion, chopped
4 to 5 - green chillies, slit
5 to 6 - whole pepper
2 - clove
1 1/2 inch piece - cinnamon
1 - bay leaf
2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup - plain yoghurt
3 to 4 tsp - kasoori methi or dried methi
1/2 tsp - turmeric
1/2 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - garam masala powder
2 tbsp - chopped cilantro/corriander leaves
3 to 4 tbsp - oil
salt to taste
