Shahi Fruit Salad

Method
  1. Boil the milk in a heavy bottomed vessel.
  2. After a boil simmer.
  3. Boil the milk till it reduces to half its quantity.
  4. Add sugar and boil till the sugar dissolves completely.
  5. Cool and add chopped fruits.
  6. Refrigerate and serve cold.
Ingredients:
11/2 litres - milk
7 to 8 tbsp - sugar (or as taste)
11/2 cups - mixed fresh fruits (chikoo, banana, apple, orange and mango)
