Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 inch ginger, grated
2-3 cloves of garlic. sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 large capsicum, chopped (red and green)
3-4 large tomatoes, chopped finely
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Pav Bhaji masala
1/2 cup green peas, frozen (if using fresh, boil it before hand)
2-3 green chillies (or as needed)
About 2-1/2 cups cooked rice (leftovers work great)
Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish, as needed
