Method

  1. Take oil in non stick pan and heat.

  2. Add cumin or jeera once it changes its colour add asafoetida.

  3. Then add corn to it.

  4. Once it softens add rest of the above ingredients and let it mix with the corn.

  5. Once done remove from fire.

  6. Serve with adding a little lime juice to it.

Ready to serve chatpat snacks.It is very healthy for people of all ages. happy eating.

Ingredients:
Ingredients for Cooking

1 pound frozen sweet corn.(or any frozen corn available),
oil for tempering,
little cumin seeds ( jeera) for tempering,
pinch of asafoetida,
1 tsp red chilli powder,
1 tsp turmeric powder,
1 tsp dhanajeera powder,
1 tsp garam masala powder,
salt acc to taste.
