Method
- Boil the milk and sugar together.
- Add coffee powder and mix.
- Pour the coffee into individual cups.
- In a chilled bowl take the chilled milk and beat it with a fork.
- This will develop froth in it which can be collected with a ladle and placed on the hot coffee giving it a cappuccino affect.
- Drizzle almond syrup and serve immediately.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp - almond syrup
2 cups - milk
4 tsp - sugar
4 tsp - instant coffee powder
2 cups - chilled milk
