  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.
  2. Add finely chopped onion, tomato, capsicum one by one and cook on a low flame for 5 mins.
  3. Add chilli powder and salt mix well.
  4. Add chopped tofu and mix well.
  5. A high-protein and exam friendly recipe.
Ingredients:
200g - tofu
2 - onions
2 - tomatoes
1 each - capsicum, red and green
Salt to taste
1 tsp - red chilli powder 2 tsp - oil
1 tsp - mustard seeds
