Method
First remove all the corners of bread, cut it into triangular shape.
Deep fry in ghee, until golden brown.
Place it in a flat pan, make syrup of sugar by mixing 1/4 cup of water.
Pour sugar syrup, condensed milk, cardomom powder, khoya and saffron on bread and keep it on slow fire until the syrup is thick and the bread is soft.
Spread cut almonds and pistachios on the bread.
Serve with hyderabadi biryani and bagarey baigan.

1/2 kg - sugar
50 gms - khoya
1 tin - condenced milk
1 tsp - saffron
3 - cardamoms
ghee for frying bread
