Tri colour Dosa

Method
  1. Clean and soak rice and dal separately for 5 hours
  2. Separately grind rice and dal using required quantity of water.
  3. Mix rice, dal and salt to form a thick batter.
  4. Keep this mixture overnight for fermentation.
  5. In the morning, stir this mixture well.
  6. Pour one ladleful of batter on a heated non-stick tava.
  7. Cook till one side turns a light brown.
  8. Flip on the other side and cook for some seconds.
  9. Serve hot with tomato and coconut chutney to make tri colour dosa.

4 cups - raw rice
1 cup - urad dal
1 tsp - fenugreek seeds
1 tsp - salt
oil as required
