MethodHeat the ghee in a saucepan and fry the flour.
- Then add the jaggery, till properly mixed.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Spread it on a plate and cut in squares while still warm.
- Store in any air-tight box.
Ingredients:
1 cup - wheat flour
1 cup - finely cut jaggery
3/4 cup - ghee
1/2 tbsp - cardamom powder
1/2 cup - dry ginger powder
