Method
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
- In a large bowl, cream condensed milk, sugar and margarine.
- Completely fill the empty can of condensed milk with water.
- Gradually add the warter and semolina alternatively.
- Mix well after each addition.
- Finally add baking powder, orange juice and chopped almonds.
- Turn into 20 cm greased round cake mould.
- Bake for about 30 mins or till cake test is positive.
- Cool completely (allow cake edge to loosen from mould) and then remove from mould.
- Serve with coffee or tea.

500g semolina
125g margarine
1 can (400 g) sweetened condensed milk
Finely chopped almonds
3 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp baking powder
juice from 1 orange
water
