Method
  1. Heat the oil in a kadai.
  2. Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  3. Add the green chillies and ginger garlic paste and saute them till the chillies are finely cooked.
  4. Now add the tamarind juice and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add jaggery and salt.
  6. This can be served with rotis, parathas and curd rice.
