Tomato chutney

Method
  1. Grind tomato, onion, garlic and red chilly to a fine paste.
  2. In a kadai, heat oil add mustard seeds and after they splutter, add curry leaves and hing.
  3. Add the ground paste and salt and cook till the oil separates.
  4. Serve hot with idli or dosa

2 - tomatoes
1 - onion
3 - red chillies
1 flake - garlic
1/2 tsp - hing
1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
1 tsp - oil
1 sprig curry leaves
Salt to taste
