Chocolate Sauce with Vanilla Ice-cream
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a pan and keep stirring, till it boils and the sauce coats the back of the spoon.
- Cool and store in the refrigerator.
- Serve hot with vanilla ice-cream or chocolate brownies garnished with chopped cashewnuts.
Ingredients:
8 tbsp - drinking chocolate
2 cups - water
4 tbsp - cocoa powder
2 tbsp - corn flour
10 tbsp - sugar
