Method
- Boil the beetroot and potatoes.
- Soak the soya bean granules in luke warm water
- Mash the potatoes and beetroot
- Squeeze out the water from soya granules, mix with mashed potatoes and beetroot
- Add salt to it and make small balls of it
- Make a thin paste of cornflour using water
- Heat oil in the pan
- Dip each ball in the conflour paste and deep fry it
- Enjoy with chutney and sauce

2 - potatoes
50 g - soya granules
1 tsp - cornflour
salt as per taste
oil for cooking
