Method
- Boil and mash the potatoes
- Add the grated cheese to it and blackpepper
- Make small balls of it
- Make the batter of besan adding a pinch of salt water and 1 tsp hot oil
- Dip the potato balls in this batter and deep fry it
- Enjoy with sauce

250g - potatoes
150g - grated cheese
100g - besan
Salt as per taste
1 tsp.blackpepper
Oil for frying
