Coriander fingers

Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients except bread crumbs
  2. Heat oil in the pan
  3. Make finger-shaped rolls of the coriander mixture
  4. Roll it over the bread crumbs and deep fry
  5. Enjoy with chutney or ketchup

Note: The herb has been used sice ages for its medicinal properties including its effect on lowering cholesterol and fighting diabetes

Ingredients:
500gms. coriander leaves
50 gms. spinach leaves
1 tsp.roasted sesame
1 tbsp.grated fresh coconut
1 tbsp.roasted khuskhus
100 gms. besan flour
salt as per taste
100 gms.bread crumbs
oil for cooking
