Method
  1. Marinate the corn in the mixture of lemon juice, salt and red chilli powder for 10 min.
  2. Sprinkle besan flour over it
  3. Deep fry and spread on a plate
  4. Sprinkle chaat masala and coriander leaves
Ingredients:
250g - sweet corn
1 tbsp - besan
1 tsp - lemon juice
1 tsp - red chillipowder
Salt as per taste
1 tsp - chat masala
Oil for cooking
Coriander leaves for garnishing
