2 cup - shelled green peas
1 tsp - mustard seeds
2 tsp - black gram (urad) dal
2 - dry red chillies, broken into pieces
2 cup - onion, finely chopped
3 cup - tomato, chopped
6 - green chillies, slit
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
4 tbsp - coriander leaves , chopped
2 to 3 tsp - jaggery, optional
few curry leaves
salt to taste
3 tbsp - oil
