Method
  1. Boil the carrots and grind them in a mixer.
  2. Boil the milk and add the ingredients and the carrot.
  3. Bring it to boil.
  4. Serve hot or cold.

Tip: You can also enhance the taste with a tbsp of milkmaid and a few stands of saffron.

Ingredients:
3 - carrots
1/2 litre - milk
1 cup - sugar
2 tbsp - finely chopped cashews, almonds and pista
