Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add mustard, curry leaves, jeera, urad dal, ginger garlic paste, onion, tomato
  3. Fry until tomato is cooked well
  4. Add potato pieces, salt and turmeric.
  5. Let it cook for 10 minutes
  6. Add coriander powder and garam masala powder mix well
  7. Add methi leaves and cook for 5 more minutes.
Ingredients:
2-3 cups - methi leaves
1 - potato
2 - onion
2 - tomato
1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp - jeera
1 tsp - urad dal
mustard/curry leaves
2 tsp - coriander powder
1 tsp - garam masala
A little turmeric
2-3 tsp - oil
salt to taste
