3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Water for the dough
For filling:
2 cups - paneer, cubed
2 cups - potato, boiled and cubed
3 tsp - tamarind paste
4 - shallots, chopped
4 - garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp - red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
