Ingredients:
2 cups - thotakoora (amaranth leaves), chopped fine, include tender stems
Salt
8 - crushed garlic cloves (husk removed)
1/4 tsp - green chillies, chopped fine
1/4 tsp - red chilli (broken into pieces)
1/4 tsp - mustard seeds
1/4 tsp - cumin/jeera
2 tbsp - fried ground nut powder
2-3 tsp - oil
1 tbsp - chopped onion
turmeric powder/haldi, a pinch
8 - curry leaves
