Method
- Heat the oil in a kadai.
- Add the finely chopped onions and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the garlic pods, mushroom, pepper and salt and cook for another 2 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 cup - finely chopped mushroom
1 cup - finely chopped onion
2 - crushed garlic pods
2 tsp - white pepper
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
