Method
  1. Blanch the tomatoes
  2. Remove from water and chop.
  3. Add the soaked raisins, figs, monakka, dates and crush to a fine paste in the blender.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan, add this mixture, cook add seasoning with sugar, salt and cinnamom powder.
  5. Decorate with peas and cashew nuts enjoy with roti
Ingredients:
250 gms. ripe tomatoes
10 gms. soaked raisins
10 gms soaked black monokka
10 gms. soaked dates
10 gms. soaked fig
1 tsp boiled peas
1 tsp. cashew nuts
1 tsp. sugar
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cinnamom powder
1 tsp. ghee
