Method
Put the red chilli, salt, garlic adn cumin in a mixer and powder.
Remove.
Put coconut pieces in the same mixer and prepare a coarse powder.
Add the chilli garlic mix and run the mixer for 1 to 2 mins so that every thing blends well into a nice medium coarse powder.
Remove and preserve in a fridge (as it may get spoiled if kept out side for long time).
Serve with hot plain rice with a spoonful of desi ghee.
The powder may be added to cluster bean/beans/other dry curries before removing from fire (watch salt content).

2 - dry coconut halves (medium size), cut into small pieces

7 to 8 - peeled garlic pods
