Method
- Cut paneer in square pieces.
- Grind onion, ginger, green chilli.
- Grate mava.
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add onion, tomato and ground paste.
- Continue cooking on medium flame till ghee/oil begins to separate.
- Add mava, cream.
- Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala.
- Add cottage cheese (paneer) cubes with 1/2 cup of water.
- When the gravy thickens switch off the flame.
- Serve hot.
