Vegetable korma

Method
  1. Wash all vegetables.
  2. Drain. Heat oil. Add cummin seeds. Add onion. Brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic and fry.
  4. Add all powder masalas and vegetables. Add salt and sugar.
  5. Stir fry till crisp
  6. Then add 2 cups hot water and cook till done.
  7. Add coriander leaves and serve with puris.
Ingredients:
8 cauliflower pieces
1 cup peas
2 potatoes, peeled, cubed
1 carrot, peeled and cubed
1 tomato, chopped
2 onions, grated
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp garam masala power
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 cup coriander leaves, chopped
1 tsp cummin seeds
4 tbsp oil
Salt and sugar to taste
