Method
Heat oil in a pan
Add vermicelli fry continuously till you get the brown/golden colour.
Remove the vermicelli from the stove and keep aside.
Chop all vegetables into even pieces.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add the chopped onions, chillies and fry.
Now add the masala powder and stir.
Add all the other chopped vegetables and a little turmeric powder, salt as per taste and mix well.
Add sufficient water and cover with a lid and cook upto two whistles.
Turn off the gas and allow the contents to cool.
Add the previously treated vermicelli to the vegetables and heat again.
Allow the vermicelli to absorb the moisture to become a solid mass.
Serve hot.

200g - vermicelli (semiya)
1 tsp - refined oil
4 - carrot
150g - french beans
100g - cabbage
100g - cauliflower
100g - peas
3-4 - green chilli
1 tsp - biriyani masala powder
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
2-3 - onion
