Method
  1. Heat butter in the pan, add cumin seeds and whole masala
  2. Add chopped onion.
  3. When they turn brown add tomatoes
  4. When the tomatoes are done, add salt, spices, vegetables and kasuri methi
  5. Add rice and mix well; add 3 cups of water and cook
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and cream
Ingredients:
100 gms - mixed vegetablecarrot peas french beans potato
1 tbsp - kasuri methi
150 g - basmati rice
1 tsp - cumin seeds
1 tsp - whole masala (black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves)
1 - onion
1- tomato
1 tsp - red chilli powder
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - coriander powder
2 tbsp - butter
Salt to taste
1 cup - coriander leaves
1 tbsp - cream
