Method
  1. Heat the brinjal directly on the stove until cooked.
  2. Mash the brinjal and add it to the curd.
  3. Add the required amount of salt.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadai.
  5. Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  6. Now add the Bengal gram dhal and dry chillies.
  7. Add this to the curd. This raitha goes well with rice.
Ingredients:
2 - brinjal
2 cups - curd
1 tsp - mustard seeds
1 tsp - Bengal gram dal
4 - dry chillies
Salt to taste
2 tsp - oil
