Gooseberry raitha

  1. Wash and boil gooseberry in hot water for 10-15 mins.
  2. Let it cool. Take out the seeds and cut it into small pieces.
  3. Grind gooseberry, green chilli and salt
  4. Add some curd to grind into fine paste
  5. Mix it with curd. garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Healthy vitamin C raita is ready
Ingredients:
5 nos - gooseberry
1 cup - curd
4 nos - green chilli
1 tsp - cummin seeds
salt to taste
