Method
- Wash and boil gooseberry in hot water for 10-15 mins.
- Let it cool. Take out the seeds and cut it into small pieces.
- Grind gooseberry, green chilli and salt
- Add some curd to grind into fine paste
- Mix it with curd. garnish with coriander leaves.
- Healthy vitamin C raita is ready

4 nos - green chilli
1 tsp - cummin seeds
salt to taste
