Method
Knead the wheat flour adding a pinch of salt and 1tsp. oil into dough and make small balls.
Blanch the spinach and methi leaves for 5 min.
Remove from water and make thick paste of spinach and methi leaves.
Add this paste to boiled and mashed potatoes.
Add salt, coriander leaves, sugar and chaat masala.
Roll out 1 ball of wheat flour into small puri.
Stuff with potato spinach filling and wrap it into a round shaped ball and roll out into paratha.
Cook from both the sides applying oil
Enjoy with pickle
